We're also looking for people with a growth mindset and the pragmatic insight to solve for today while building for the future.

As a Snowflake employee, you will be accountable for supporting and enabling diversity and belonging.

Snowflake is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Event Sponsorship Program Manager to join our high-performing Events team. This role is for a sponsorship professional with a passion for building impactful partnerships and a strategic mindset that aligns business goals with innovative sponsor experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing sponsorship strategies across our marketing events portfolio.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to secure and grow high-value sponsorships that enhance event impact, elevate the brand, and deliver measurable business results.

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance at either the Menlo Park or New York campus.

As a Senior Program Manager at Snowflake, you will be expected to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

- Develop and Execute Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to drive revenue and meet business goals. You'll also create compelling sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential partners.

- Identify and Secure Partners: Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for our global strategic events, ensuring alignment with event and brand objectives. You'll manage the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiations to activation and renewal.

- Manage Client Relationships & Drive Growth: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsoring partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Actively seek opportunities to upsell and expand partnerships year-over-year to drive sales growth.

- Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track and report on sponsorship performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. You'll use data, analytics, and financial insights to evaluate opportunities and maximize ROI. You will also monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sponsorship opportunities.

- Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Proactively identify, resolve, and foster alignment with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Alliance, Partner, Sales, and Event Production teams to ensure all sponsor commitments and event activations are executed flawlessly.

- Set Ambitious Goals and Strategic Priorities: Establish overarching objectives for the sponsorship program that extend beyond your immediate function, ensuring the program accelerates partner growth and contribution to the overall Snowflake ecosystem.

- Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales with a strong track record in revenue generation and partner engagement.

- Strategic & Adaptable Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sponsorship initiatives that drive business impact. You are skilled in navigating a dynamic environment and can adapt strategies to evolving business needs.

- Collaborative & Communicative: Strong experience in complex, matrixed organizations, leading cross-functional collaboration. You possess exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Detail-Oriented & Accountable: Skilled in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes. You will also track and report on sponsorship performance to deliver insights for continuous improvement.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
