Mission and Operational Effectiveness Associate Director

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)

What You Will Do: This leadership role within Guidehouse's Defense & Security Segment is responsible for overseeing client delivery, expanding client relationships, and driving business development efforts across the Department of the Army. The Associate Director will work closely with Guidehouse leaders across the Defense & Security Sector and with technology-enabled practitioners to identify and pursue new opportunities, ensure high-quality delivery, and support the development and mentorship of practitioners within the Defense and Intelligence practice.

What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor degree EIGHT (8)+ years' of experience in a leadership capacity supporting DoD or Intelligence Community federal customers Well-rounded leadership skills to provide strategic, analytical, and operational direction to teams Strong communication and program management skills, and the ability to operate proactively and independently within dynamic and unstructured environments What Would Be Nice To Have: Master Of Arts degree
