The AIS Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for supporting the business's reporting and analytics needs by gathering data requirements, building complex reports and dashboards, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The role will primarily revolve around developing communication and project management skills.
AIS Business Intelligence Analyst II Job Duties Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions including dashboards, reports, extracts, KPI's, metrics Research and document the Conceptual, Logical and Physical Model of Oracle data Perform data modeling to support scalable and reusable analytics Optimize BI assets for performance and utility across the Oracle platform Deliver diagnostic and trend-based analysis that explains why outcomes occur Develop reusable templates, standards, and documentation to accelerate BI delivery Build relationships with business partners to understand their BI needs and overcome challenges Conduct structured requirements gathering sessions and document technical specifications Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and communicate status updates Develop and maintain documentation of processes and data flows Serve the business as an Oracle analytics subject matter expert Train team members on technical skills and established best practices Act as a trusted BI advisor, influencing how data is used in decision making AIS Business Intelligence Analyst II Requirements Any Oracle experience preferred Prior experience with reporting and/or analytics tools Intermediate knowledge of SQL (subqueries, aggregate functions, query optimization) Committed and motivated self-starter Organizational and communication skills Flexible Education: Four-year college degree in Business, Technology, or related field Years of Related Experience: 3-5 Why Clayton?
