Full job description

We're looking for a collaborative product leader who can help deliver secure, scalable solutions in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across cross-functional teams, navigating competing priorities, and translating technical and business needs into clear product actions.

- This person brings a strong execution mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to drive progress through influence, communication, and disciplined follow-through. They should be energized by solving enterprise platform challenges and delivering improvements that balance user experience, security, and business value.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related role within technology-enabled environments.

- 3+ years of experience working in agile delivery environments with direct responsibility for backlog management, prioritization, or product execution.

- Experience translating business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.

- Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.

- Experience supporting delivery of enterprise platforms, internal-facing products, or shared capabilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.

Preferences

- Experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform domains.

- Familiarity with IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, access governance, federation, privileged access, and directory services.

- Exposure to IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID.

- Experience operating in financial services or other regulated environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Pay Range: $109,283.00 - $182,104.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
