- 7+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferably as a wholesaler, advisor, or recruiter - FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or both 63 and 65)

- Communication skills including virtual and live presentation skills - Demonstrated sales success - Extensive Financial Services experience
