Senior Insurance Product Analyst

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

- 5-8 years of experience in insurance, wealth management, broker-dealer operations, or financial services

- 5-8 years of experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, and CRM systems

- Strong understanding of life insurance, annuities, and distribution through

- Familiarity with insurance operations, underwriting lifecycle, and commission processes (DTCC experience a plus)

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations

- Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with a focus on process improvement and attention to detail

- Technically proficient with data tools, reporting platforms, and digital workflows

- Experience working with Broker General Agencies (BGAs), insurance carriers, or insurance distribution platforms within the financial services industry.

- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.

- Experience supporting technology implementations, system integrations, or digital workflow enhancements that improve operational efficiency and advisor experience.
