Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related technical field 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs with budgets up to $5M 3+ years of experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in an Agile environment 3+ years of experience managing programs across Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC methodologies Experience using enterprise tools such as JIRA and Confluence for program tracking and reporting Preferences: Experience managing vendor performance and third-party delivery partners Experience facilitating requirements gathering and solution workshops Experience with financial governance processes including budget forecasting and variance tracking Experience with Planview or similar portfolio management and time tracking tools Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms #LI-Hybrid Pay Range: $112,064.00 - $186,842.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
