- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent relevant work experience

- 4+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and/or consulting, preferably within the Financial Services industry

- Comfortable building presentations, talking points or other written materials as needed.

- Ability to translate complex information into digestible and sharable 'stories' or report-outs.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior and executive-level leaders

- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-level presentations and materials

- Ability to leverage resources and manage multiple priorities concurrently with minimal supervision

- Strong commitment to timely execution of top priorities and high-quality deliverables
