VPII, InfoSec Engineering Manager

- 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security engineering, or cybersecurity tools management.

- 5 or more years of leadership experience overseeing security engineering, security operations, or cybersecurity tooling teams.

- 5 or more years of engineering experience with email gateways, SIEM, EDR, XDR, vulnerability management, or related enterprise security platforms.

- 5 or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution, and stakeholder management accountability.

- 5 or more years of experience automating security, compliance, or operational workflows using PowerShell, Python, Bash, shell scripting, or similar languages.

- Enterprise cybersecurity tooling strategy and platform engineering

- People leadership, coaching, and high-performing team development

- Executive communication, risk translation, and stakeholder influence

- Security automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science , Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- Professional security management certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent.

- Experience presenting technical security concepts, risk, metrics, and investment priorities to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams while fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.
