Principal Board Product Engineer

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience. - 5+ years of experience in board product engineering, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or hardware product development. - Experience taking complex products from prototype through high-volume manufacturing. - Strong understanding of:

- PCB manufacturing - SMT assembly - Optical subassemblies and fiber attach unit integration - High-speed digital designs - Manufacturing test methodologies - Yield analysis - Failure analysis techniques

- Experience working with contract manufacturers and component suppliers. - Working knowledge and experience with PLM systems (Agile preferred) and ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes a must. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and certification processes. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across multiple organizations.
