Principal Board Product Engineer

What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience. - 5+ years of experience in board product engineering, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or hardware product development. - Experience taking complex products from prototype through high-volume manufacturing. - Strong understanding of: - PCB manufacturing - SMT assembly - Optical subassemblies and fiber attach unit integration - High-speed digital designs - Manufacturing test methodologies - Yield analysis - Failure analysis techniques - Experience working with contract manufacturers and component suppliers. - Working knowledge and experience with PLM systems (Agile preferred) and ECO/MCO/DEV/PCN processes a must. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and certification processes. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across multiple organizations.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 150,680 - 225,700, $ per annum The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
