M&A Project Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Deep expertise in M&A and divestiture experience preferred

- 1-3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, operations, or a related field.

- Strong client - relationship and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and leaders in acquired companies.

- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow - through .

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly in a dynamic environment.

- Experience working with external vendors or consultants preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- "Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, analysis, or output quality is preferred." ( Claude, Glean, Copilot, similar)

- Proficiency with productivity and project tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet's similar).

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
