Sr. Principal Program Manager (Hyperscaler Cloud Data Center - full lifecycle program ownership)

- Full program responsibility at all stages: Planning, SOC design, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and - production release. - Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program - success. - Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution. - Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against plan. - Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels. - Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related - professional experience. Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related - fields with 5-10 years of experience. - 7+ years in semiconductor industry program management role. - Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills. - Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent risk identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
