Global Compensation Program and Tools Manager

What We're Looking For - 5-10 years of experience in a compensation role within a large, complex corporate environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Science, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience owning and managing the annual focal/merit review cycle end-to-end. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining compensation tools and dashboards. - Proven experience leveraging technology to enhance compensation analytics and drive process efficiency. - Eagerness to explore and adopt AI tools and emerging technologies to modernize compensation workflows, accelerate analysis, and enhance the team's overall capabilities. - Proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly Workday; experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools strongly preferred. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 122,820 - 184,000, $ per annum The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.

The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
