You will be accountable for leading the end-to-end Source to Pay agenda across procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier enablement, buying channels, process governance, controls, and transformation.

You will partner closely with Procurement, Finance, GBS, IT, Legal, Controllership, business stakeholders, and third-party providers to deliver a scalable, compliant, digitally enabled and user-focused Source to Pay operating model. What's on the menu? Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Identify, prioritize, and deliver automation, simplification, standardization, and digital enablement opportunities that improve compliance, user experience, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Stakeholder and Partner Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, Procurement, Finance, GBS teams, suppliers, and BPO partners to resolve escalations, align priorities, and drive adoption of new ways of working. Process Ownership and Governance: Define and maintain standard processes, policies, controls, performance standards, and operating rhythms across the Source to Pay value chain.

Performance, Controls and Compliance: Own KPIs, SLAs, reporting, root-cause analysis, audit readiness, control adherence, and issue resolution across Source to Pay processes. Technology Enablement: Partner with IT and process teams to optimize platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Concur, Xelix and related tools, ensuring process design supports data quality, automation, controls, and business outcomes.

People Leadership: Lead and develop onshore, offshore, and partner teams, creating accountability, capability, engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset. I have a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field I have 10+ years of experience in Source to Pay, Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, GBS, or shared services environments.

I have demonstrated experience leading global, regional, hybrid, offshore, or BPO-supported teams. I have a strong understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, including sourcing handoffs, requisitioning, purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoice management, payments, controls, and reporting. I have experience with SAP, Ariba, Concur, Xelix or similar procurement, ERP, AP automation, analytics, and workflow technologies.

I have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead transformation, manage change, and deliver measurable process and service improvements. I have strong analytical, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer experience skills. We hope to find you a seat at our table!

New Hire Base Salary Range: $164,200.00 - $205,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
