The Mechatronics/Controls System Engineer designs, develops, and enhances electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices to optimize products and systems.

- Preferred location: Fort Worth, Texas or El Reno, Oklahoma

- Support the design, development, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of automated control systems intended for high pressure well service applications

- Support the development of required operations and maintenance manuals

- Support the completions and delivery of all NPI phase gate deliverables

- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, both within the internal and cross-functional teams

- Support the creation of new flow control configurations, including drawing/model creation and design calculations per the standardized EC process

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Materials Science or equivalent from an accredited program

- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems

- Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.

- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

- Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing
