ESSENTIAL DUTIES Oversee daily banking activities and tax compliance for multiple taxing states and jurisdictions. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge base for laws pertaining to Federal and State taxes to appropriately perform job functions.
Responsible for assisting outside tax advisors with preparation of year-end tax reporting (including 1099's). Complete and submit other permits and licenses (i.e.
Casino applications) and renewals for State, City, and Tribal Casino Licensing in a timely manner. Report litigation for claims covered by insurance and with direction from senior management.
Summarize company requirements and track/ calculate State and Local Tax Incentive Agreements. Oversee compliance with local and state licensing agencies.
Responsible for the overall management of certificate of insurance maintenance. Manage, train and develop direct reports to enhance their career development. #LI-EJ1
