Assistant Director, Servicing Strategy & Analytics

You'll need the capability to analyze data and in return, prepare timely reports on your findings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management. Affinity for AI.

The Specifics. Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science 4+ years' experience in business analytics or strategy Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Demonstrated ability to think strategically and add financial value in prior roles Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) Ability to write SQL, advanced Excel skills Nice to Haves.

Loss Mitigation, Auto Finance experience Work creating Ai agents, apps, or dashboards Advanced coding knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.) Experience in Dashboard Creation or Data Infrastructure 2+ years' experience in leadership or people management roles So What About the Perks?
