Relationship Manager- Wealth Management

We're looking for relationship-driven financial services professionals who are excited to grow, connect, and make a meaningful impact. If you bring the following, we'd love to review your application:

- This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties. - A strong foundation in managing a book of business within financial services - ideally 3+ years of experience. - Experience building trusted relationships with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients (2+ years preferred). - A consultative mentality and a passion for guiding clients through financial services solutions. - Confidence in discussing topics like ETFs, mutual funds, legacy and estate planning, charitable giving, and other wealth management related conversations. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience that showcases your ability to learn and lead.

This role follows Vanguard's hybrid working model - in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays, remote Mondays and Fridays - designed to support flexibility and collaboration.
