Pit Manager - Dual Rate Shift Manager Non Exempt - Table Games Operations

Essential duties include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for performing functions of either a Pit Manager or Shift Manager on an assigned shift * Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration * Ensures compliance with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations. * Responsible for the distribution and administration of performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and progressive discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees * Must be knowledgeable of all casino games and rules and Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations * Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills * Must offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play * Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
