Full job description

we're looking for a skilled project manager to see it through.

As a Senior Pro ject Manager, you'll lead GTA projects from planning through launch, then move to the next once each one wraps guiding major progress on projects across our GTA Transformation.

- Lead projects end to end - define the plan, set milestones, manage dependencies, and deliver on time and on budget.

- Run the day-to-day: track progress, flag risks early, remove blockers, and keep work moving.

- Coordinate partners across GTA, HR, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and the business, and resolve misalignment quickly.

- Improve the process along the way, working with internal teams and outside vendors to put changes in place.

- Report progress, risks, and decisions at the right level for leaders, then move to the next project as each one completes.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar ; advanced degree preferred

- 8 + years of global/enterprise project or program management experience ; experience with enterprise major transformation a plus

- A strong record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time, with little oversight.

- Skill in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

- A data-informed approach, and the ability to make progress clear to any audience , including executives .

- Comfort with ambiguity and a steady hand when priorities shift.

Preferred

qualifications: experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR programs; familiarity with structured interviewing or interview-intelligence tools such as BrightHire ; experience in change management and/or design thinking.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,000 -- $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
