Adobe is seeking a Senior IT Product & Delivery Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of our SAP S/4HANA Core Finance platform. This is a high-impact, AI-intensive leadership role at the intersection of enterprise finance technology and innovative artificial intelligence. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, FICA, Treasury, and adjacent finance systems-while embedding AI and machine learning capabilities to transform how Adobe's finance organization operates.

You will collaborate with partners from the finance sector, data scientists, engineering teams, and C-suite customers to deliver intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and self-healing finance workflows. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA. It also demands an entrepreneurial approach to apply the latest advances in generative AI, agentic workflows, and large language models (LLMs) within a world-class finance ecosystem.

- S/4HANA Product Management Ownership - Serve as the primary product owner for S/4HANA Finance components including the General Ledger (Universal Journal), Payables and Receivables, FICA with Contract Accounts and Collections/Dispute Management, Treasury & Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting. - Drive configuration, extension build, and integration architecture decisions in collaboration with solution architects and SAP Basis teams. - Manage integration touchpoints with Kyriba, Blackline, Databricks, GEP, and custom microservices-ensuring data integrity and real-time financial visibility. - - Change agent - proven track record driving organizational adoption of exciting technologies, including managing change management workstreams.

- Collaborative builder - skilled at cultivating trusted relationships with finance business owners, SAP, cloud vendors, and internal engineering.

- Partner closely with the Director of Global Accounting and Treasury leadership to align technology investments with finance transformation goals.

- Write detailed product requirements, AI model cards, functional specs, and user stories consumed by engineering and design teams.

- Drive agile ceremonies-sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews-while maintaining a clear line-of-sight from AI experiments to production deployments.

- Build executive-ready arguments quantifying return on investment, time-to-value, and risk for AI-enabled initiatives.

- Coordinate a cross-functional pod of engineers, QA specialists, finance SMEs, and data engineers.

- Own and evolve the multi-year product roadmap for S/4HANA's central finance module, prioritizing AI-first capabilities alongside foundational ERP improvements.

- Define and champion an AI integration strategy spanning generative AI copilots, intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, and predictive close.

- Find opportunities to embed SAP Business AI, Joule, and third-party LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) into core finance workflows.

- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on SAP release cycles, AI advancements, and FinTech trends to continuously sharpen the roadmap.

- Lead delivery of AI-powered capabilities including automated GL account coding and journal entry validation, intelligent AP/AR matching and dispute resolution, natural language querying of financial data via LLM-powered interfaces, predictive cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization, real-time anomaly detection and fraud prevention using ML pipelines.

- Partner with Adobe's AI/ML engineering teams and data scientists to design model training datasets, evaluate model performance, and define feedback loops for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with SAP and cloud hyper scalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to leverage embedded AI services within the S/4HANA digital platform.

- Define responsible AI guardrails, bias mitigation frameworks, and explainable standards for all AI models embedded in finance workflows.

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise finance IT, with at least 7 years of hands on SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance implementations.

- Demonstrable experience delivering AI/ML-powered features within ERP or finance platforms (e.g., intelligent automation, NLP interfaces, predictive analytics).

- Expert-level knowledge of S/4HANA Finance modules: GL (Universal Journal), AP, AR, FICA, RAR, Treasury, Asset Accounting.

- Proven product management or IT delivery leadership track record-driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept to production.

- Strong grasp of GAAP, IFRS 15, ASC 606, and subscription business financial models.

- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with subscription revenue models and solid understanding of SAP Order to Cash processes.

- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA analytics (Databricks, SAP Analytics Cloud), procurement (Ariba or GEP or Coupa), and cloud data platforms.

- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Build, or SAP Extension Suite for custom AI development.

- Familiarity with timely engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) applied to enterprise data.

- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, and GDPR/CCPA compliance for finance data managed by automated systems.

- Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI/ML toolchain: Azure OpenAI Service, Google's Vertex AI platform, AWS SageMaker, SAP AI Core, or equivalent.

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification or SAP Activate methodology training.

- Visionary communicator - able to translate AI/ML concepts and technical architecture to Senior Leadership, Controller, and Board-level audiences.

- Strategic operator - comfortable navigating ambiguity, building consensus, and accelerating decisions in a matrixed environment.

- Talent multiplier - experience mentoring finance technologists and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and AI literacy.

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
