This role is a catalyst: connecting vision to execution, strategy to people, and clients to the full power of the CLA platform. If you are energized by growth, inspired by developing exceptional advisors, and eager to leave a lasting mark on a business poised for expansion-this is your arena.

Unlike traditional RIAs, CLA's Wealth Advisory practice is embedded into one of the largest professional services firms in the country. This creates:

Leadership is aligned, the plan is in motion, and your region will be a cornerstone of this next chapter. Your role is critical in ensuring wealth advisors are capturing the market potential and serving clients with the highest quality standards.

At CLA, we don't hire leaders to supervise-we hire them to inspire, elevate capability, cultivate belonging, and unlock opportunity for advisors and clients alike.

You'll lead the strategic expansion of your region-identifying high-value markets, elevating advisor talent, and strengthening client relationships in ways that compound over time.

- Coaching advisors to ensure that they are driving net new AUM in the markets, while also capturing the seamless opportunities within our CLA Tax, Audit and Outsourcing practices.

- Reviewing Advisor books of businesses for Quality and resource management

- Recommend advisor compensation given their results and quality elements

- Expanding capacity through strategic hiring and talent development

You'll serve as the bridge between local market insights and national Wealth strategy-ensuring regional execution is aligned, consistent, and future-forward.

- Build an environment where advisors thrive-where expectations are clear, support is abundant, and career paths are tangible.

- Model CLA's promise of creating opportunities-for clients, advisors, teams, and communities.

- Identify emerging wealth opportunities in your region and shape go-to-market strategies.

- Expand brand visibility through partnerships, centers of influence, and community presence.

- Elevate the client experience by ensuring advisors deliver holistic, high-value planning and fully use our centralized resource centers

- Serve as a senior resource for complex and high-net-worth client needs.

- Strengthen the operational foundation needed for scalable growth.

- Ensure flawless adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and risk standards.

- 10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience required

- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and supervising financial professionals with AUM accountability

- Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory.

- Bachelor's degree required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent registrations) - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred

- A culture anchored in trust, collaboration, and shared success.

- A thriving advisor community supported by leading technology, investment research, and practice management resources.

- Long-term career opportunity within a fast-growing Wealth organization.

Presence in strategic, high-opportunity markets like Orlando, Tampa and Charlotte are strongly preferred. Frequent travel to regional offices up and down the east coast is required.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in California is: $197,000 - $303,000
