RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with Institutional Client Group (ICG) Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to manage Corporate Banking credit relationships within the for-profit healthcare sector. Coverage includes pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare services, health insurance, hospital, physician practice, pharmacy benefit management, and other healthcare-related companies. Responsibilities include underwriting new and existing credit facilities, analyzing borrower performance and industry trends, managing portfolio credit risk, supporting new business development efforts, leading credit due diligence, structuring transactions, and providing ongoing monitoring of client relationships. The role supports revenue growth through the acquisition of new client relationships and the retention and expansion of existing relationships while maintaining sound credit quality and risk management standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 or more years of banking experience.
- Three or more years of management experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills.
LOCATION EXPECTATIONS
- This role requires working onsite from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
