The first three months of employment will consist primarily of On-the-Job Training (OJT). • Utilize lockout/tagout as required, following established policy; ensure machine guarding is always in place
  • Ensure that work is being performed to produce quality products according to our quality requirements and specifications
  • Comply with established plant rules and procedures that promote compliance with customer service-related activities, including, but not limited to:
  • Following pre-requisite programs in compliance with SQF Code, Manufacture of Food Packaging, and food safety requirements
  • Following all Good Manufacturing Practices in compliance with all Food Safety Requirements
  • Actively engage in value-added activities that enhance our products and processes
  • Must attend daily, weekly, and monthly production meetings and safety training
  • Operators at the Intermediate level or above are expected to train new and less experienced team members to operate their machines
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, and Shift Leads
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in manufacturing or production
