Delivery Practices & Tooling - Agile Advocacy: Champion Agile principles across multiple technical teams, facilitating standard ceremonies and driving continuous improvement in delivery metrics. - Tooling & AI Integration: Utilize enterprise program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and integrate advanced AI capabilities (such as Claude or equivalent tools) to streamline reporting, documentation, and program workflows.

Requirements - Experience: 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience driving complex, large-scale tech programs to successful execution. - Cloud & Modernization: Proven experience leading GCP-based modernization efforts covering data, AI/ML, or core cloud infrastructure workstreams. - Tech Ops Focus: Strong practical background in Tech Ops, including infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery. - Governance Expertise: Advanced proficiency in RAID management, establishing program governance, and delivering executive-ready presentations. - Financial Acumen: Direct experience with program financial management, AOP alignment, project forecasting, and resource actualization. - Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and facilitate decision-making with C-suite and executive leadership. - Vendor Management: Proven track record managing multi-vendor environments and cross-functional teams with competing priorities. - Agile Expertise: Strong advocate for Agile methodologies with hands-on practice guiding multiple technical teams in iterative software delivery. - Tooling Proficiency: - Deep experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet , or equivalent project management software. - Proficiency in using AI Productivity Tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent LLM platforms) for program management tasks.
