Customer Support Representative - Internet Services

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you'll assist customers with internet service questions, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience on every interaction. This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

• 1 year previous call center/technical or troubleshooting experience preferred

• Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and browser tabs simultaneously

• The ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team success
• Answer inbound customer calls regarding internet services

• Assist customers with starting, transferring, moving, or disconnecting services

• Research customer accounts to identify the correct services and provide accurate resolutions

• Document every customer interaction in the appropriate systems

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service on every call
