We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.

As a People Project Manager, Strategy, Insights & Planning (SIP) Team, you will operate at the intersection of people analytics, program leadership, and strategic execution. You will own and drive complex, cross-functional PIC initiatives, translating data into business insights while ensuring disciplined project execution across multiple global workstreams.

You will serve as a trusted partner to senior HR and business leaders, enabling data-driven decisions that shape workforce strategy, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.

- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, global PIC programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk across multiple workstreams.

- Establish program governance, including milestones, reporting cadences, and executive updates.

- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Finance, Technology, Sustainability, and many other internal functions), ensuring coordinated delivery and prioritization.

- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, escalating to senior stakeholders as needed.

- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in project management and analytics delivery.

- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise people analytics, including headcount, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, and turnover insights.

- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress against strategic workforce objectives.

- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and narrative storytelling for senior leadership and PICLT audiences.

- Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring consistency, integrity, and alignment across HRIS, Finance, and Sustainability reporting.

- Drive ESG, DEI, and regulatory reporting, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, audit-ready outputs.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to PIC leadership, providing clear insights, recommendations, and decision support.

- Develop executive-ready presentations, board materials, and narrative summaries on workforce trends and program outcomes.

- Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.

- Facilitate leadership meetings, decision forums, and governance reviews, ensuring follow-through and accountability.

- Optimize reporting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.

- Leverage automation, data visualization tools, and AI-enabled insights where applicable.

- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the PIC organization.

- Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.

- Strong program leader with demonstrated experience managing complex, global initiatives.

- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong judgment and ownership.

- Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive people data.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics, HR strategy, consulting, or program management roles.

- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or PMO initiatives.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.

- Experience in ESG, DEI reporting, or global HR transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
