Technical Experience Core Engineering - Advanced Java expertise o Core Java o Spring Boot microservices o JUnit, mocking frameworks - RESTful API design and implementation - Source control using Git Identity, Security & APIs - Authentication and authorization services - OAuth 2.0 and JWT security models - API management platforms (Apigee) - Strong understanding of modern security best practices Observability & Monitoring (Key Addition) - Strong experience improving application observability in enterprise environments - Hands on experience with Dynatrace for APM, performance analysis, and root cause investigation - Experience using Elastic Search / Elastic Stack for centralized logging, querying, and correlation - Understanding of distributed systems monitoring, metrics, and tracing DevOps & Delivery - CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent) - Enterprise DevOps best practices - Supporting deployments and diagnostics across multiple environments Leadership - Experience leading and influencing engineers without direct authority - Proven ability to resolve complex production, performance, and reliability issues

- Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. - Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. - Writes code, tests and deploys software. - Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software. - Maintains and debugs software.
