Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA)

As a Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) within PNC's C/IB MIS Accelerator organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL or Dallas TX.

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. The lead will work closely with developers, product owners, and QA analysts to embed quality throughout the SDLC, focusing on test automation, CI/CD integration, and scalable test frameworks.

Requirements: - Quality Assurance Lead (Python/JAVA) with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality testing solutions. - Proven ability to lead engineering teams, provide technical direction, and drive best practices across the testing lifecycle. - Skilled in making architectural decisions and implementing modern technologies and automation frameworks. - Experienced in managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning technical solutions with business goals. - Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and building high-performing quality engineering teams. - Provide strategic direction for testing and serve as a subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and supported line of business domain(s).

- Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s). - Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work.

Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution. - Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle. - Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products. - Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health.

Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
