As a Business Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

This is a wonderful entry level opportunity with an amazing team. Some quality assurance experience is necessary for this role.

- Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases - Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI - Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Provides consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results. - Experience in the area of analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements.

- Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. - Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes . - Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results . - Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes . - Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
