• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, typically managing 2-3 projects depending on size, scope, and complexity.
• Partner with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional departments to define project objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive updates.
• Apply Agile project management principles and methodologies to support successful project execution and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and manage project resources to ensure alignment with business priorities and project goals.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive accountability among project team members and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Support organizational project management best practices, standards, and processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Project Managers and less experienced team members, fostering professional growth and project management excellence.

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00
