Qualifications - 1-2 years of administrative, coordination, or related experience, preferably in a project, PMO, IT, or business operations environment. - Exposure to project management principles, methodologies, or tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms. - Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, information technology, project management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, tracking, and reporting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with project tracking or work management tools. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset Salary range $60,000.00- $70,000.00.
