Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent. Excellent technical problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English - both written and verbal. Good attitude and interpersonal skills, tactful and works well in a team environment. Self-motivated, resourceful and shows initiative.

Well organized and exhibits attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications Requires a technical (University) degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent.

Good knowledge of electronic devices and semiconductor theory. (Exceptions approved by local HR). BS + 6-7 years of experience or MS + 5-6 years or PhD + 3-4 years Experience with CAD systems in Electronics (Cadence IC, Cadence OrCAD, Protel or similar).

Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Tcl, Bash...) is a plus. Exposure to Cadence IC (Virtuoso Layout, Schematic or Cadence Skill programming language) is a great advantage.

Previous experience with Unix/Linux systems is also a plus. Knowledge of Silicon Photonics would be a great advantage. Knowledge in ML or GenAI is a great advantage We offer Attractive compensation package with competitive salary, performance related bonus plan and a global recognition program.

Expected Salary Range $98,000.00 - $176,000.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location. The role you are applying for may require you to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during your employment.
