Coordinator, Golf

WME seeks a Coordinator, Golf to support the day-to-day management and servicing of WME Sports' golf client roster. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating client initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of client priorities.

The Coordinator will work closely with agents and clients to provide thoughtful, proactive support across all aspects of representation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about golf, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This individual should be committed to providing best-in-class client service and helping clients achieve their professional and personal objectives.

Responsibilities would include: Serving as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and helping oversee all aspects of their representation Coordinating client travel, scheduling, tournament logistics, and on-site support Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, sponsors, tours, media partners, and other industry stakeholders Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client opportunities, appearances, partnerships, and strategic initiatives Supporting long-term career planning and helping identify opportunities aligned with clients' goals and interests Managing client communications and ensuring timely follow-up on priorities, requests, and deliverables Acting as a proactive advocate for client interests and providing thoughtful, solution-oriented support in a variety of situations Assisting with talent evaluation and relationship-building efforts involving prospective clients Sponsorship sales, negotiation and partnership retention/growth Qualifications Bachelor's Degree mandatory - MBA/JD a plus 3+ years of full-time work experience Strong understanding of, and passion for, the golf industry Prior experience in sales Prior golf/sports agency, golf marketing/sponsorship experience a plus Understanding of business trends within the golf industry and ability to effectively communicate strategies for partner activation Excellent communication skills and ability to speak to high level business executives internally and externally Ability to think strategically and creatively with strong business acumen Ability to problem-solve and negotiate both independently and in a team environment Ability to travel WME is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, or religion or belief.
