Full job description

Essential Functions
  • Define and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependencies
  • Lead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leaders
  • Guide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountability
  • Deeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolution
  • Track and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performance
  • Coach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management discipline
  • Represent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forums

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for digital supply chain products and capabilities.
  • Translate customer and business needs into scalable product requirements and investment priorities.
  • Partner across business, technology, and external providers to deliver innovative customer solutions.
  • Define product requirements, data needs, and cross-functional execution plans to bring new capabilities to market.
  • Drive product commercialization and continuous improvement through customer feedback and performance insights.
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years leading digital products or platforms within supply chain, transportation, logistics, or fulfillment.
  • Experience building or supporting global supply chain visibility, control tower, or network optimization solutions.
  • Experience integrating third-party platforms through APIs, event-driven architectures, or enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience defining product strategy from customer discovery through commercialization.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers to validate product concepts and prioritize investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across senior leadership

Domicile

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.
