Experience: 5+ years
- Previous Privacy experience required, such as relevant experience as a privacy professional, risk officer, or compliance officer in a corporate environment. - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing new privacy processes and procedures. - Ability to record and disseminate complex information in succinct and meaningful summaries. - Analytical skills, with an inquisitive mind to explore data and identify critical issues and trends. - Competency with Microsoft Office 365 products Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other data repository and presentation tools. - Interest in new technology, devices, apps, Internet of Things, data science, Artificial Intelligence and other uses of data.
- Excellent relationship management, empathic and with influencing skills demonstrated at all levels of the organization. - Team player and builder, supporting members of the team to attain their goals and objectives as a group. - Confident, engaging, authoritative and pragmatic approach. - Excellent communication skills, dynamic speaker and presenter, with ability to adapt style and approach appropriate to the situation. - Proven organizational, prioritization and forward planning skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Self-motivated, enthusiastic and consistent focus on business goals. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- At least five years of privacy experience - IAPP certifications preferred (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM) - Previous experience working with diverse teams across Americas a plus
For positions based in New York, the base salary range is $81,000-$90,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Your actual compensation will be dependent on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
