Job Description & Summary At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.

Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

As part of the RIC team you lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Innovating through new and existing technologies - Experimenting with digitization solutions - Working with large, complex data sets - Building models and leveraging data visualization tools - Exposure to pricing and client worth - Reviewing contracts and finding new pricing options - CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before promotion to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licenture, or Member of the Bar

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
