SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Senior Associate

As a SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions and embracing ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM - Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement - Engaging in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction - Applying business technology skills to enhance client solutions - Managing deployment and design implementation projects - Excelling in customer needs analysis and customer engagement strategies
