CTIO - Activation & Customer Success - Experienced Associate

As a CTIO - Activation & Customer Success - Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes, enhancing their satisfaction with our services and products. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on building strong client relationships and delivering innovative software solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Responsibilities - Engaging with clients to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes - Building strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction with PwC's services and products - Supporting client onboarding and management processes to foster long-term partnerships - Utilizing data analytics to inform client strategies and improve service delivery - Managing customer interactions and resolving issues to maintain positive client experiences - Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment - Adapting to diverse client challenges and contributing to innovative solutions - Applying technical skills in customer relationship management to optimize client engagement - Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform decision-making - Taking ownership of personal development and consistently delivering value to clients and the team

What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree - Demonstrating proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools - Utilizing data analytics to enhance customer success strategies - Engaging in client onboarding and management processes - Applying active listening and communication skills in client interactions - Managing customer satisfaction and retention initiatives - Adapting to diverse client needs and industry challenges

The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
