As a Senior Associate - Oracle SCM, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency to achieve strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle supply chain and operations software solutions - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications - Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency - Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud for project delivery - Developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client outcomes - Managing project resources and budgets to align with client objectives and timelines - Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to achieve client strategic goals - Applying analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges and improve processes - Supporting demand forecasting and inventory management to enhance supply chain performance - Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to changing business contexts and client needs

What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience
