Full job description

Essential Duties Enhance Healthcare Information Systems: Implement and maintain robust healthcare information systems that support the diverse needs of skilled nursing facilities. Ensure the seamless integration of electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical applications, optimizing efficiency for healthcare providers.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand workflow requirements and continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of IT systems in a healthcare setting. Ensure Data Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce stringent security measures to safeguard sensitive patient data in accordance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities. Stay abreast of evolving compliance standards and adjust IT systems and processes to maintain adherence. Facilitate Remote Healthcare Delivery: Enable and optimize telehealth solutions to support remote healthcare delivery, especially in situations where in-person care may be challenging.

Implement secure communication platforms and telemedicine technologies to facilitate virtual consultations and remote patient monitoring. Ensure that IT infrastructure supports the exchange of healthcare information in a secure and compliant manner, enhancing accessibility for both healthcare providers and patients. Qualification Education and/or Experience - Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.) - Windows Server - Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS) - Active Directory - Desktop support and user support - Windows Client Operating Systems (Window 7, 10, 11) - PSA or RMM experience Language Skills Capable of effective communication in both written and spoken form.

Can understand and participate in conversations on familiar topics, as well as comprehend standard business correspondence and documentation. Mathematical Skills Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts and operations. Able to perform simple calculations and understand elementary mathematical principles.

May require support or training to apply mathematical skills in the context of the job. Reasoning Ability Skilled in logical reasoning and analytical thinking. Capable of evaluating information, identifying relationships, and drawing logical conclusions.

Able to solve moderately complex problems independently and effectively communicate reasoning processes. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - MCSA - MCP - At - Network+ Security+ Microsoft Cloud Certifications Physical Demands Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting.
