Requirements: 8+ years of professional and progressive experience in Human Resources Experience partnering effectively across People teams, including talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll and HR Systems as well as cross-functional partners including compliance, and legal Core Competencies: Proficient in HR Generalist skills such as Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Project Management Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws essential Microsoft Office Products proficient Human Resource Management Systems - proficient Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times related to advisor and employee matters Strong orientation around customer service and employee experience focus and strong verbal/written communication skills and high attention to detail Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment Organized, self-motivated, have strong time management skills and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management Comfortable learning, navigating and leveraging systems and tools such as Workday, Smartsheet and Copilot Preferences: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience working within the financial services industry Pay Range: $101,249.00 - $168,817.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
