Full job description

Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema Therapy This position qualifies for a $3,000 sign on bonus for new hires outside of the BILH network.

Position Summary: OT Lymphedema/Hand Therapy. OT position specializing in lymphedema. Caseload includes primarily individuals with upper and lower quarter lymphedema with the opportunity to treat patients with neurological and hand/upper extremity conditions as well.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats the patients abilities to perform in the areas of occupation including activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, education, work, play, leisure and social participation.

The Occupational Therapist provides goal-directed, activity oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in the aforementioned areas of occupation. The Occupational Therapist provides for continuation of performance through effective education of the patient, family or support system; and, provides adaptive methods and equipment as appropriate to enhance performance.

Qualifications Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current NBCOT certification preferred, Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure and Current CRP/BLS required. Pay Range: $38.50 - $53.91 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.

Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.

Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
