Staff Product Designer, T0 (Agentic) Finance

- Define and drive product design vision for your area, from first sketch to shipped product, in partnership with product and engineering.

- Collaborate with product managers to scope design requirements, and build lean project plans that leave room for research, exploration, and testing - not just execution.

- Research, understand, and advocate for user needs at every stage of product development, translating complex financial workflows into approachable experiences.

- Lead end-to-end design across desktop, mobile web, and native app experiences, working closely with engineers through critical moments of the process and a smooth handoff.

- Partner with cross-functional teams, including the design system team, to explore and deliver solutions that hold together as a system, not just as individual screens.

- Build deep domain knowledge so you can see the big picture and connect the work happening across your team.

- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and customer validation - and help shape the design culture and principles of the team as you go.

- Experience : 7+ years as a UX/product designer, with expertise across desktop web, mobile web, and native app experiences.

- Portfolio : strong work demonstrating complex systems, multi-channel user journeys, and intricate object relationships - not just polished screens.

- Skills : proficient in UX methods (generative research, information architecture, interaction design, user testing) and comfortable thinking in systems.

- Communication : can articulate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Delivery : a proven track record of leading projects end to end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
