Full job description

What You'll Do

- Work closely with site leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities that improve operations, support business goals, and align with the site roadmap.

- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, solve operational challenges, close performance gaps, and deliver measurable results.

- Improve labor management practices by developing and refining labor standards, maintaining productivity tools, and using data and observations to help teams perform at their best.

- Analyze and standardize work methods across the distribution network, helping to establish best practices and drive consistency across sites.

- Serve as a trusted engineering partner on site, using data and operational insight to recommend solutions, support decision-making, and help teams achieve strong performance.

- Support capital and automation projects from early assessment and business case development through implementation and results tracking.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years in industrial engineering or a related field, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse management, controls, and execution systems and their impact across the business.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

- Hands-on experience with leading warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Associates, Red Prairie/JDA/Blue Yonder) and labor reporting systems (e.g., MOST, Standards Pro, Labor Pro).

- Willingness to travel 15-25% to support multiple sites and projects.
