Forensic Senior Associate

The Forensic & Valuation Services Group supports clients and attorneys through investigation, financial analysis and expert testimony. Our group handles matters of Forensic Accounting, Ownership Disputes, Marital Dissolution, Economic Damages, Post Acquisition Disputes, White Collar Crime, and Estate matters among others.

Forensic Senior Associates work directly with Managers, Senior Managers, Principles and Partners to analyze financial data to advance a particular matter and may have an opportunity to attend settlement conferences, hearings and proceedings, ultimately growing into an expert witness in their own right.

We are seeking a Forensic Senior Associate to join our Forensic and Valuation Services Group ("FVS Group") in the Princeton, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Burlington, MA; Braintree, MA; Providence, RI; or Buffalo, NY office location . This will be a hybrid position (3 days in office expectation per week).

Our Forensic Senior Associate will assist in analyses related to forensic investigations, business disputes and economic damage engagements, specifically:

- Summarizing and interpreting relevant financial information and records

- Performing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analyses, including bank tracing analyses, lost profits analyses, and other forensic analyses

The Kind of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in forensic accounting

- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff as part of a team, or independently

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000-$130,000. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
