Senior Project Manager (Contract/Part-time) - Healthcare

We are seeking experienced owner's representatives and program managers with expertise in hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities who are interested in working on a flexible, contract basis. This role offers the flexibility to take on specific projects or provide part-time support while leveraging Brookwood's resources, reputation, and technology platform. If you have deep experience in hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities and want to continue serving clients on your terms, this may be the right fit.

- Provide owner's representation on hospital construction, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, clinical renovations, and healthcare campus expansions on a project-by-project or part-time basis.

- Navigate state healthcare facility licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and local AHJ compliance.

- Support business development efforts and client relationship development as needed.

- Coordinate with Brookwood leadership on project staffing and resource needs.

- Demonstrated track record managing healthcare construction projects.

- Strong working relationships with health system executives, hospital administrators, and healthcare facility directors.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as assignments require.

- Deep experience in hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities.

- Experience with infection control risk assessments (ICRA), interim life safety measures (ILSM), and healthcare-specific commissioning requirements

- Existing client relationships that could benefit from Brookwood's platform.
