Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Development

The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Development will play a critical role in evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic initiatives, investments, investor communications and partnerships. This position combines rigorous financial analysis, cross‑functional diligence, and senior‑level communication to support high‑impact corporate decisions.

• Build and maintain integrated deal execution models , including sensitivity analyses and clearly articulated investment rationales to support project review and decision‑making.

• Prepare senior decision‑maker–level materials that clearly communicate project‑level opportunities, risks, assumptions, and value drivers.

• Partner with company‑wide cross‑functional teams (finance, legal, operations, technology, strategy) to incorporate comprehensive diligence into project value‑creation outcomes.

• Provide analytical and research support to the Chief Economist, including data preparation and aggregation, macroeconomic and industry analysis, and development of presentation materials.

• Prior experience in equity research or investment banking or public accounting strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical rigor, business judgment, and ability to synthesize & communicate complex information for executive audiences.
