Experience leading globally distributed teams across the U.S., Asia, and India.
BS, MS, or PhD in Systems or Electrical Engineering, with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Recognized technical authority in the assigned domain, with broad knowledge across adjacent functional areas.
Expertise in overall control architecture, including remote I/O distribution (EtherCAT, DeviceNet), analog and digital control, and motion control.
Hands-on expertise in control systems, system integration, PCB design, and software development.
